Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Our return/exchange policy exclusively covers the scenario where you received a defective item.
After you receive your order, if you find a defective item, kindly let us know through our communication channels, and we will perform a replacement of the defective item.
When an exchange happens, the customer will not pay any fees (including shipping fees).
If we failed to send a replacement within 7 days of receiving your request, we offer full refund of the paid value of the defective item.
You are responsible for packaging the returned item in a way that protects it from damage during return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be done using the same payment method used while placing the order after the item is received and inspected.
In case of “Cash on Delivery” orders, the refund will happen through InstaPay after the item is received and inspected.
